Dan Gent
Dan Gent is a web developer based in South London. He has had 7 years of professional experience in both the agency and client side. During his career he has been Web Technical Manager for the Victoria and Albert Museum and has worked with some of the UK's largest FTSE 100 companies and brands such as Sainsbury's and Volvo.
Dan's skills are wide ranging with an understanding of the web from server level to user behaviour. His experience of working in technical teams with advanced infrastructure ensures high quality in the development process.
For Lighthouse Dan leads the development arm of the company putting his energies into providing well crafted technical solutions.

Tom Johnson
Tom has been creating and building sites for the past 10 years. Starting out solely as a designer he moved into the techy side along the way and and now has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the web from the front end through to back end development.
Before starting Lighthouse London in 2008 Tom spent several years working at Imperial College London, one of the world's leading higher education institutes, where he managed a large proportion of the university's online presence and one of the organisation's technical teams.
Tom leads the design arm of the company focusing on working with clients to create the visual identity that suits them best.
