What we collect

The only way we collect personally identifiable information from our website is if you choose to give it to us via forms or input text boxes on our website, such as our contact form and newsletter sign up, with which you can send certain information to us directly. This might include (but is not limited to):

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your job title or company name
  • Your phone number

We collect anonymised data about our web traffic via Google Analytics 4 using first party cookies. This data is used internally to create statistics and analyse them so we can understand our users / their needs and optimise our site.

GA4 does not log or store IP addresses, or collect any other personally identifiable information. It collects anonymous data such as:

  • Number of users

  • Coarse geolocation (i.e. city and country)
  • Browser and device used
  • How our site was found (i.e. from a Google search)

You can find out more about GA4’s EU-focused data and privacy policies here.

What we do with the information we collect

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Replying to your messages
  • Sending you content or information you’ve requested from us
  • Internal record keeping
  • Improving our website’s user experience
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new digital and design services or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, if you have consented for us to do so

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a very small piece of data which lets a website remember you and your actions, once you’ve given it permission to do so.

First party cookies are created, stored and used only by the website you’re visiting directly. They allow site owners to collect customer analytics data, remember language settings, and carry out other useful functions that help provide a good user experience. GA4 uses these first party cookies to track data anonymously and remain compliant with regulations like GDPR. They are not shared with other parties or websites.

Third party cookies are generated and placed on the user’s device by a website other than the one the user is visiting. They’re created when a user visits a website that includes elements from other sites – for example, if there’s an embedded YouTube video on a website and it’s watched by the user, the YouTube server will set a cookie on the user’s device which could be used to suggest similar videos when they visit YouTube in the future.

We currently do not use any third party cookies for targeted advertising purposes. We may sometimes use a popup to advertise our own services, but these never collect any personal data. Short-term cookies are used here to control popup frequency (i.e. stopping it from showing again once you’ve closed it).

We use a few functional third party cookies to collect information such as:

  • __cf_bm: to distinguish between humans and bots in order to make valid reports on website usage
  • _GRECAPTCHA: Google reCAPTCHA sets a necessary cookie when executed for the purpose of providing its risk analysis.

You can choose to accept or decline non-necessary cookies when you visit our site.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Controlling your personal information

If you wish to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, you can do so at any time by emailing

If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
