How To Be Your Own Worst Client: The Story of Re-designing Our Website

As you may be aware we recently launched a new website and took a hack trip to a dairy near Bath. While there we all sat around a table and chatted about re-doing the site and what we learned in the process. Among the things we discussed were:

  • How we followed our standard procedure and now have more empathy for our clients
  • How difficult it is to write a coherent message
  • That it always takes waaaaaaay longer than you thought it would

NB: Please excuse the aeroplane noises in the background. Our request to ground all flights with local air traffic control must have been ignored
