

A self confessed organisational freak, I’ve worked in leadership support for over five years.
Before this I cut my diplomatic teeth in customer relations for a social housing trust – dealing with complaints day in, day out is way more satisfying than you might initially imagine.
Solving problems and strategic thinking are my bread and butter. Both at Lighthouse, where I work with teams across the organisation to understand the challenges faced at every level, and at home where I field a boisterous toddler.
Operational excellence is my favourite thing, closely followed by country music and reality TV – the trashier the better.
