Back in the olden days I was billed as “the developer” but slowly the lines of code have dwindled to zero and the meetings and workshops have increased. Itโs the classic path from development to management; Iโve quite enjoyed it.
I head up the operations side of things at Lighthouse, taking charge of everything that makes the business run like clockwork. Think of me as the MD, just without the rounds of golf.
Outside of work I enjoy sports, music and trying to understand my young sons.
Having recently moved to an area much more rural than my native South London I’m slowly adjusting to a life without Uber and limited Deliveroo options.
